Information we collect
When you use Nijify, we may collect the following types of information.
Account and authentication information
Nijify uses phone number based OTP login. We may collect and store your phone number, authentication status, Firebase user ID, and related account identifiers to create, authenticate, and manage your Nijify account.
Design and app content
When you use Nijify to create, edit, save, or export designs, we may collect and store content associated with your account, where applicable. This may include saved designs, uploaded images or design assets, text added to designs, selected templates, and brand or business details you choose to save in the app.
Photos and media
If you choose to upload or use images from your device, Nijify may access those images with your permission so that you can use them in designs. You can control device permissions from your device settings.
Feedback and support information
If you send feedback, support requests, bug reports, screenshots, or account deletion requests through the app or by email, we may collect the information you provide so that we can respond to your request, investigate issues, and improve Nijify.
Usage, diagnostics, and device information
We may collect usage, diagnostic, crash, performance, and device-related information. This may include app interactions, app version, build number, device type, operating system, language or locale, crash logs, diagnostics, and device or installation identifiers.
We use services such as Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand app usage, monitor app stability, diagnose crashes, improve performance, and fix bugs.

- provide, operate, and maintain Nijify
- authenticate users and manage accounts
- allow users to create, edit, save, and export designs
- save user preferences, brand details, and design-related content
- provide support and respond to feedback or account deletion requests
- improve app features, reliability, performance, and security
- diagnose crashes, bugs, and technical issues
- detect, prevent, and address abuse, fraud, or security issues

Third-party services and service providers
Nijify may use trusted third-party service providers to operate and improve the app. These providers may process data only as needed to provide services to Nijify.

- Firebase Authentication for phone number based OTP login
- Firebase Analytics for app usage analytics
- Firebase Crashlytics for crash reporting and diagnostics
- cloud hosting, backend infrastructure, storage, analytics, and support tools
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data.
We may share data only in the following cases:
- with service providers that help us operate, secure, analyze, or improve Nijify

Account and data deletion
You can request deletion of your Nijify account and associated data from inside the app:
- Open the Nijify app.
- Go to the dashboard or home screen.
- Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
- Tap Help & support.
- Tap Request account deletion.
- Confirm the request.

When your account deletion request is processed, we will delete or anonymize account data associated with your Nijify account where applicable. This may include your account identifier, phone number, saved designs, uploaded assets, brand or business details, feedback messages, and related app data.
Some data may be retained where required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, debugging, dispute resolution, or record-keeping.
We aim to process valid account deletion requests within 30 days.
Children’s privacy
Nijify is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete it.
International data processing
Your information may be processed in countries where Nijify or its service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws different from those in your location.

Nijify may contain links to websites or services that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or policies of third-party websites or services.
