Nijify allows users to request deletion of their account and associated data.

How to request account deletion

You can request deletion of your Nijify account in either of these ways:

Option 1: From inside the Nijify app

  1. Open the Nijify app.
  2. Go to the dashboard/home screen.
  3. Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
  4. Tap Help & support.
  5. Tap Request account deletion.
  6. Confirm the request.

Option 2: By email

In your message, include the phone number used to sign in to Nijify so we can identify and process the correct account.

Data that will be deleted

When your account deletion request is processed, we will delete or anonymize the following data associated with your Nijify account, where applicable:

  • Account identifier
  • Phone number used for login
  • Saved designs
  • Uploaded images or design assets associated with your account
  • Brand/business details saved in the app, such as business name, tagline, website, phone number, and logo
  • Feedback or support messages associated with your account
  • App data stored on our servers that is linked to your account

Data that may be retained

Some data may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, debugging, or record-keeping. This may include limited logs, security records, or records needed to comply with legal obligations.

Any retained data will only be kept for as long as necessary for these purposes.

Deletion timeline

We aim to process valid account deletion requests within 30 days of receiving the request.
